The AX1117 Series are available in fixed and adjustable output voltage versions , can provide up to 1.2A of output current . Over current and thermal overload protection are integrated onto the chip. Low quiescent current and t he dropout voltage is specified at 1.2V Maximum at full rated output current. AX 1117 Series provide adjustable or fixed output voltage of 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V.
